A treasure of a man, who truly cared about every member of his family. He taught us by example, work hard without shortcuts. A superb athlete, who beat me in handball when I was sixteen and he 43 years of age. He always h gave you his time and encouraged you when times were tough. I was so fortunate Uncle Lefty was part of my life. JDR

Our deepest sympathy to Antoinette & family. Lefty was a great neighbor & friend. Always checking on us when he didn’t see us walking. God has a new angel to help him. We will miss his friendly smile & hearing him say “hello Mr & Mrs Broccoli”. Rest In Peace our friend. Joe & Karen Broccoli

One of the finest men we've ever met. He was part of the "greatest generation", building & rebuilding airstrips on Okinawa & Saipan and keeping the US safe and great. Lefty was absolutely a magnificent friend & neighbor, a true "loaf of bread" that we could always rely on. He was one of the kindest, nicest person we've ever known. He was a mans man, a role model for all to look up to. We will miss his ready smile and easy going disposition. . First he showed us how to live and then how to die. We miss him terribly, thanks for the memories, Lefty.
