Robert B. McNamee was born February 10, 1934 in West Haven, CT, the son of William J. and Mary Monahan McNamee. Bob passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on May 15, 2019.

Bob majored in Engineering at the University of Bridgeport. He started his career with General Motors Corporation, A/C Delco Division and retired as Vice President of Go/Dan Industries. Bob was one of the original founders of the Cherry Hill Pop Warner Football League where he coached and held administrative positions for twelve years. He also managed baseball teams in Cherry Hill American League, Babe Ruth and The Cherry Hill American Legion Team.

He is predeceased by his parents and a brother, William. Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joyce (Morgan) and children Brian (Beverly), Mary Beth McNamee Schroeder(Mark) , Suellen Librizzi(Charles), Scott and Mark(Nicole), as well as 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Bob was a resident of Cherry Hill for 50 years and had moved to Mount Laurel within the last two years.

At the request of Bob, all Funeral Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive Suite 300 Marlton, NJ 08053.
